Complaints procedure
If you have reported a barrier to us and have not received a satisfactory response within one month, you can lodge a complaint with the Saxony-Anhalt Ombudsman's Office. The Ombudsman's Office will then try to reach an agreement. The aim is to work together to remove existing barriers.

Status of accessibility implementation
The accessibility requirements for our website are based on the following:
- Section 16a(1) and (2) of the Saxony-Anhalt Disability Equality Act.
- Section 11 of the Saxony-Anhalt Disability Equality Ordinance.
Nahverkehrsservice Sachsen-Anhalt GmbH has verified compliance with these requirements on the basis of a self-assessment.
However, this website and the apps are only partially compatible with the above requirements due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.
Non-accessible content
Text-to-speech reading
For technical reasons, the INSA and Mobilitätsportal Mitteldeutschland web information services cannot currently be read aloud.
Some videos do not have subtitles
Subtitles are not yet available for two sign language videos. Our aim is to provide subtitles for all videos on this page and in the apps in the future.
PDF files
The downloadable PDF documents, such as timetables, are provided by various external third parties and ministries, and the quality varies. In future, NASA GmbH will gradually make its PDF documents available in an accessible, machine-readable version.
Sign language
Sign language is currently only available for general content.
Alternative texts
Some images and graphics in older press releases (before 2024) do not have alternative texts.
Screen reader function
Some content is not read aloud by screen readers.
Keyboard function
Some controls are not yet fully accessible via keyboard.
Currently, there is no comprehensive technical solution that works equally well on all mobile devices and computers. We kindly ask you to take this into account.
