Declaration of digital accessibility

This declaration of digital accessibility (last updated on 07.03.2022) according to the following legislations in force of the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt.

  • Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt (BBG LSA) and
  • Behindertengleichstellungsverordnung des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt (BBGVO LSA)

applies for the website of the Nahverkehrsservice Sachsen-Anhalt GmbH (NASA GmbH), which is currently available at https://www.mein-takt.de including any mobile applications of the NASA GmbH.

The NASA GmbH is working intensely on improving the accessibility of their websites and mobile applications. As soon as new functions and modifications of the user interfaces are completed, the digital accessibility will be tested and if applicable adapted accordingly.

Status of compatibility with the requirements

The accessibility requirements of websites and mobile applications result from § 16a Absatz 1 Satz 1 and Absatz 2 BGG LSA in conjunction with the effective Behindertengleichstellungsverordnung Sachsen-Anhalt (BGGVO LSA).

The review of the compliance with these requirements is based on a self-assessment from 14.02.2022 to 25.02.2022. These websites and applications are just partially compatible with the above-mentioned requirements due to the following exceptions and incompatibilities.


Inaccessible content

The following content is inaccessible:

  • Read function of journey planning

Currently the text-to-speech function of the journey planners „INSA“ and „Mobilitätsportal Mitteldeutschland“ is not available for technical reasons.

  • Some videos without subtitles

Currently there are no subtitles available as an option in the videos on our websites. We are planning to make them available in the future.

For websites and mobile applications, which are not completely accessible yet, the following applies additionally:

  • PDF-files

The available PDF-files are provided by numerous third parties and departments in various ministries in different quality. In future these PDF-files, which are compiled by the NASA GmbH, shall be available in accessible and machine-readable formats.

  • Sign language

Currently, sign language is only available for general content.

  • Alternative texts

Some pictures and graphs do not have alternative texts.

Some graphical buttons and links are not consigned with alternative texts.

  • Text-to-speech function

Some content will not be read by screen readers.

  • Keyboard function

Some control elements are not usable in its full extent by a keyboard.

Please note that there is no comprehensive technical solution currently available, which works on all computers and mobile devices equally.


Arbitration

In case the NASA GmbH does not meet their obligations stemming from the Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz within one month after acknowledgement, you can contact the ombudsman of Saxony-Anhalt. The ombudsman aims to mediate and find an agreement. The common goal is to reduce existing barriers.
